Welcome to Bovine Engineering & Consulting, a source of continuing education in the cattle industry. My purpose, goal and mission is to assist you in creating dynamic bulls capable of reproducing superior traits in their progeny and cow herds that are functional on grass with the end product being both tender and tasty with high retail output. My prayer is that you will learn how to reproduce this quality with each breeding and calf born. The meat produced by these animals could go into the finest eating establishments worldwide. Traveling the world over, I have found a few herds of cattle that neither they nor their ancestors have ever tasted grain, forever raised on grass. The bulls I have chosen are well above the minimum standards for performance, volume of meat, reproduction, utilization of grass, tender and tasty. I am making the genetics of those bulls available to you via semen. Let us not continue breeding and producing the low-quality commodity beef being marketed today, but strive to get back to the basic groundwork of quality laid by our forefathers and our Creator.
